Always use the Digital Infrared Ear Thermometer with a new undamaged Microlife Probe Covers in order to prevent infection. It can prevent the spread of disease when thermometers are used to collect temperatures from patient to another patient. The use of other or no probe covers leads to wrong measuring result. It must be used with Microlife IR1DB1 Ear Thermometer for accuracy and hygiene purposes. Therefore, always load a fresh Microlife Probe Cover on the measuring tip by using light pressure until it properly engages.
