You can find your order details in the confirmation email we send when an order is complete. If you are a registered customer, you can also sign in to your online account and view your ‘Order History’.  Click here to sign in to your account.

If you shopped with us as a guest customer and provided a valid email address, your order details can be found in the email communications we we sent after you completed your order.  If you didn’t provide a valid email address, please contact us at retailpharmacy@regencyspecialist.com with your order number and the date of purchase.

We aim to have orders delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. If your order has not arrived on the specified delivery date, please check with the delivery service provider to see if there have been any issues. If we encounter any issues with your order and anticipate a delay, our team will reach out to you to let you know. 

Yes, you may reach out to us to enquire about an item that you would like to purchase but cannot find on the website. Please email us at retailpharmacy@regencyspecialist.com with the product details and we will do our best to assist you.
